McGraw Hill Construction
As part of their re-branding effort, members of our team were asked to design presentations introducing the "new" company to the public at the annual American Institute of Architects convention. This led to several engagements including support of the launch of the McGraw-Hill Construction Network, management consulting, and serving as its public relations agency.

VUANCE, Ltd. (NASDAQ: VUNC; Euronext: VUNC)
As part of its re-branding and repositioning effort as a US provider of innovative Radio Frequency Verification Solutions which identify, track and manage the flow of personnel and assets., VUANCE hired Target 3 to communicate its new message to the investor community and the media.

Digital Risk
Anticipating the roll-out of its new complete product line at two tradeshows, Target 3 was hired to help with the branding of this comprehensive due diligence solutions provider, enabling mortgage industry players to make smarter risk mitigation decisions. We designed their website and remain a strategic advisor.

SPO Medical (SPOM.PK)
A leading developer of portable biosensor technologies, SPO Medical teamed up with Target 3 Communications to develop and manage its corporate branding, investor and public relations campaign after going public. We also designed their website.

Third Eye
To help publicize its launch of a new SATS, a unique non-invasive employee security and safety surveillance tracking system at ISC West Expo, Target 3 was engaged. We continue to serve as a media advisor and strategic consultant. We designed their website.

Wall St. Training
A leading provider of hands-on classroom and customized corporate training programs to the financial community, Wall St. Training engaged Target 3 Communications to market its first public workshop, the Advanced Financial Modeling and Valuation Boot Camp, to Wall Street analysts and other financial professionals.


DCI-USA
Intending to raise money to support expansion through a merger and future acquisitions, Target 3 Communications was engaged to develop an investor presentation for the new Vision Real Estate story to potential investors. While the merger didn't take place, Dr. Cahn became an executive coach for members of Group Vision.

NUR Macroprinters (NURM)
NUR launched a successful investor relations campaign focused around the NUR EVERYWHERE campaign that focused investors on recognizable products (building-sized posters, billboards and buswraps utilizing the company’s digital – printers) … recognition skyrocketed.

Curtiss-Wright (CW)
This diversified global provider of highly engineered, technologically advanced products and services for military, commercial and industrial applications approached us to help with the integration of their IR and PR endeavors. Marking the 100th year anniversary of the Wright Brother’s flight, we leveraged public relations angles to gain visibility for the company at numerous events. The net result: 2003 ended with Curtiss-Wright’s market cap approaching $1Billion, and the company ringing the New York Stock Exchange bell.

MPG Group
Challenged in an RFP competition by a much larger competitor, the MPG Group knew it needed not just demonstrate its capabilities but show through the presentation, its own design capabilities. Our team developed a powerful message, delivered through two media, Flash and PowerPoint, and coached the presenters to come across as a powerful team. The decision makers were super-impressed by their presentation, and were kept as a vendor.


Technoprise Ltd

This technology-based company started by needing investor relations services, but, as trusted advisors, we provided them strategic business development advice leading to a number of projects, including serving as a mediator in a dispute with a Fortune 500 company in order to avoid a disagreement from deteriorating into a law-suit. As a result, the sides agreed to amend the initial contract to everyone's satisfaction.
